LogiNet delivered an innovative webshop to Wolters Kluwer Hungary

After more than a year of preparation and development, we created a new webshop for the company, which follows international trends concerning function and appearance.

Our team of eight, rethinking the existing webshop’s solutions, worked closely with Wolters Kluwer; we not only linked different product types, but also built in unique product promotion features that can help increase sales profits. Product listings and datasheets are the basis for monitoring user behavior online. IT engineers, business analysts, UX specialists and project managers from LogiNet participated in the specifications and integration of the innovative system.

Development and system integration was based on LogiNet's PHP-based Webshop Ecosystem solution along with the company's own developed CMS system. The new webshop was created in connection with the Wolters Kluwer marketing automation tool (Oracle Eloqua).

One of the biggest challenges of the project was to showcase the complex product portfolio of Wolters Kluwer while simplifying the shopping experience. As a result of our work, webshop visitors can now easily select and buy the product they are looking for in just a few clicks and in addition, receive numerous related personalized offers; the product recommendation system, based on previous searches, helps Wolters Kluwer customers.

The user experience was also greatly improved with cleaner graphics and a more transparent structure for browsing the new webshop.

However, LogiNet’s work with Wolters Kluwer did not end with the launch of the webshop. In the future, we will continue to be involved in improvements, according to the needs of Wolters Kluwer.
