Business Applications & SaaS Solutions Consultant

We are a dynamic software development company that partners with clients to build both SaaS products and custom business applications. We are looking for an experienced and versatile Business Applications & SaaS Solutions Consultant to join our team.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring a deep understanding of business needs, data structures, API integrations, and user experience. You will serve as the strategic link between clients, developers, and product teams — ensuring every solution we deliver is rooted in business logic, well-documented, technically sound, and user-friendly.

You must be comfortable analyzing business operations and goals, mapping requirements into structured documentation, and collaborating closely on solution design. Your experience with product management, UX thinking, and system integration will be critical to success in this role.

• Work closely with clients to understand their business models, workflows, and strategic objectives across various industries.
• Translate business needs into structured and detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Design and propose end-to-end solutions, covering data models, API interactions, integration points, and user journeys.
• Lead and facilitate client discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure that proposed solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and user-centered. 
• Support internal and external stakeholders in aligning technical execution with business priorities.
• Serve as a product consultant during the full lifecycle — from discovery and planning to delivery and support.
• Evaluate existing client processes and systems, and suggest improvements or new product directions based on best practices.
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of business and technical KPIs relevant to each client solution.
• Maintain clear communication between all involved parties, ensuring transparency, feasibility, and shared understanding of project goals. 

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or product management for software solutions (SaaS and business applications).
• Proven ability to understand and document complex business processes, systems, and objectives.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, API design and usage, and system integration patterns.
• Strong background in product management with a focus on solution scoping, feature prioritization, and product-market fit.
• Hands-on experience with UX design principles — able to contribute to interface design and usability discussions.
• Proficiency in writing clear, actionable documentation (BRDs, FSDs, diagrams, wireframes).
• Fluent English is required for all client communication and documentation.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Postman, Swagger, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead client-facing conversations and internal coordination effectively. 

• German knowledge is a strong plus.
