Improvements to the e-commerce platform make B2B quotations easier

The latest version of the Logishop webshop offers useful new features for our customers with the Logishop webshop solution. We've added a quote feature to help B2B partners, improved text content management and made the Logishop admin interface more user-friendly.


New features in Logishop version 2023.3

1.Show related products in your blog articles

This feature allows you to place product cards in the form of carousels at the bottom of your text content (blog articles, news). The product cards point to the products in the e-commerce store so that customers can reach the product with a single click.

How is it managed in Logishop?

Logishop allows you to assign product lists to text content. This way, the products displayed will be tailored to the content of your articles, be it a product presentation or a description of a new product group.

When is this feature useful?

The feature is useful as a content marketing tool when writing product reviews, product recommendations, presenting seasonal promotions, etc. The latest version of the Logishop webshop offers useful new features for our customers with the Logishop webshop solution. 2. Manage B2B quotes from the admin interface

From the online store interface, your B2B customers can now request a quote for a given product, and as an administrator, you can manage the incoming quote requests and create new quotes.

How is it managed in Logishop?

There are two ways to create a new quote. On the one hand, the B2B partner requests a quote on the e-commerce site, which is displayed in the admin interface and notified by email. On the other hand, the admin can send a new offer to the selected B2B partner: he can select the expiry date of the offer or specify a basic discount expressed as a percentage, which applies to the products included in the offer.

When is this feature useful?

We recommend the use of this feature for distributors who have a B2B customer base and operate in an industry where quote requests occur daily and want to manage this digitally.


3. Your users can easily change their login email address

If users want to change their email address, they can now do so even more easily from the Profile Data menu in the Self-care interface.


4. Display individually categorised products (accessories, additional variants) on product pages using the product model solution

The function allows you to group your products according to your parameters and display them on a specific product page.

How is it managed in Logishop?

In the Logishop admin interface, you can create new model groups to which you can attach products. You can specify the name of the model group and the products attached to the group.

When is this feature useful?

We recommend the use of this function for distributors who would like to display additional variants for a given product but cannot do so because the product data is not linked by product parameters (packaging, size, colour, etc.).

It is also recommended for merchants who want to highlight the sale of additional accessories for a given product on a product page.


5. We have made the admin interface more user-friendly

As Logishop continues to add new features, the admin menu is getting bigger and more complex. In the new version of Logishop, we have introduced a new search engine to make it easier for our users to navigate and find new features.
